Mr. Sumedh Chatterjee

Sumedh has been great in helping me love myself again and working on my strengths and weaknesses. His book is quite the read and hoping to refine myself with his help!

I am visiting Mr. Sumedh Chatterjee....he is a proficient counselor...he himself could bring up the issues which I had wanted to discuss with him....I don't easily open up to anyone...as a result my past wounds became a heavy burden on me...but here I felt that I could open up easily....very friendly and warm towards patients...highly recommended for reaching the core of the issues and bring out a solution.

He is a very good listener , he listened all my issues with time and noted down each and every point.......very politely he tried to explain what should be the way to approach and counter those problem.......love to have therapy session in future too.......must recommend

After struggling with health anxiety and anxiety in general for quite some time now , I had almost given up on therapy. I had previously consulted a number of therapists, but none felt like they truly understood my situation. Fortunately, everything changed when I met Mr. Chatterjee.

From our very first session, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to listen attentively and grasp the deeper layers of my concerns. He didn't simply treat symptoms; he delved into the core of my issues to empower me to overcome them. I am consulting with Sumedh Chatterjee for my anxiety and depression and he is very sympathetic listener and shows genuine concern for his patients.

When I approached Dr. Sumedh for my first ever therapy session, I was a nervous wreck, and my depression and anxiety were at their peak. Despite always striving to be as self-aware as possible, I couldn’t get to the bottom of my problems and had no way to tackle them, my personal life was getting affected to the point where getting help was the only way for me to be functioning properly.

From the very 1st session, I knew I made a right choice by reaching out to him, he explained the kind of therapy I need i.e., CBT – to target my growing concerns related to my thinking pattern and behavior.

He is extremely helpful for people like me, who would like to have detailed discussions on the issues they identify within themselves and need tools and guidance on how to manage them, and the very best part of those sessions, aside from the satisfying and calm feeling afterwards, is the email we receive (without fail!) post every session- they are so great to recall all the pointers that were discussed, his analysis of them, and the supporting tools and exercises assigned as per your needs.

I have had 3 sessions with him so far, each one more helpful than the last, and I can already notice a change in my temperament, I remember feeling so relieved while telling him that I am getting less triggered by people these days (thanks to those tools). In every weekly session, we discuss my mood, and overall mindset in the past week, and he is always focused on helping me overcome any difficulties that I had faced, while carefully asking questions to understand the exact problem, and guiding me in the right direction.

I wish to continue our work together to overcome my challenges and get more assured and at ease with each session.

I highly recommend him to be your first choice if you ever decide to seek therapy!

Dr. Sumedh or as I call him Coach is an extremely compassionate , dedicated and systematic therapist. He is my go-to person for the challenges i face in life everyday, helping with fears and phobias , relationship issues, and specially with confidence building techniques.

Im very grateful to have him as a coach I can just go to to discuss anything and everything going in my mind. What i really appreciate about him the most is that he works in a very systematic way, has notesheet to jot down every point which he revisits after the appointment by a followup email. Together we have been working on my issues and challenges for a while now and I can confidently say that there has been commendable progress. I have started to being the person I more wished to be , fearless and positive. Please do not think twice before booking an appointment with this doctor as he is really very comfortable to talk to and also does remember us after the appointment is finished, like a true partner to solve and combat issues together. I will strongly recommend seeing him if you are looking forward to solving things of the mind matters. I have starting being absolutely comfortable with counselling after meeting him and i believe his healing techniques, affirmations and words will make a difference to a lot of peoples lives. Thumbs up to the layout of the chamber and comfortable seating, and ambience inside. Makes it feel like a safe zone.

I was hesitant about going for therapy but after my sessions with Dr. Sumedh I'm more open and comfortable with it. Dr. Sumedh is extremely compassionate and friendly. We have been working on my issues in detail and every problem is addressed by him deeply by a follow up email after the appointment where he recommends certain tools that have worked excellently in my case. All our sessions have been productive and eye-opening pushing me to be a better version of myself. His analysis and explanation of certain situations has been extremely helpful and thought provoking. Sumedh is a wonderful mentor in leading your problems to solutions. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel ease with yourself and the surrounding. He doesn't brand any problem as a problem( the best part about him)and guides you through simple and easy tools and measures to feel joyous and better again. My sessions with him has left me feeling happy and positive always. He is honest and dedicated in solving your issues. If you are one of the millennials suffering with mental health issues and anxiety issues , my suggestion would be Mr.Sumedh chatterjee. He makes you feel good about yourself again which we are searching everywhere instead of looking at ourselves.
